Tetra Tech provided full architecture and engineering services from scope documents for a design/build, fast-track housing complex project consisting (13) barracks buildings, 2,265 SM each, plus a pre-manufactured metal warehouse building and (2) pump house buildings with auxiliary site work. The barracks buildings were divided into (3) prototypes, each with differing sleeping configurations. The concrete masonry unit buildings featured hardened roofs and blast protection. The projects will house approximately 1004 government personnel at completion.
