The Public Schools of the Tarrytowns
Long-Range Plan, District-Wide Additions and Alterations

In developing a long-range plan, Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers worked with The Public Schools of the Tarrytowns to create various program and design options for their five schools.  The plan included opportunities for grade re-alignment, renovations to existing District buildings, as well as the creation of new facilities.

Ultimately selected was a two-phase plan that included grade re-alignments at four of the District schools.  A major component of phase one encompasses moving 6th grade to the middle school/high school building, where a 105,000sf addition will aid in the creation of space distinction between the middle and high school students.
