Sanford School is a private lower, middle, and upper school on one 200-acre campus. Between 1996 and 2003 Tetra Tech has completed a masterplan project and numerous additions and renovations projects at all three schools.
The masterplan project involved proposed roadways, parking, pedestrian circulation, sports fields and design grading to make sure the facilities could be built on this hilly site.
At the Middle school work consisted of a library addition and unification of multiple structures into a single unified boarding school connected on both levels.
The latest project at Sanford was a new Upper School Humanities Building designed to replace an existing Barn Building that was converted to classrooms in the mid 1900's. The building houses multiple department classrooms, studios, labs and the administrative offices for all of Sanford School.
